This beautiful video by Antti T Seppänen / Oiva-filmi shows the making of Carmel Place modular micro apartments building in NYC by nArchitects. The firm’s entry My Micro NY was the winner of New York City sponsored adAPT NYC competition in 2012. This summer the residents moved into the completed building.
