A Fall of Colors
Participatory street art and a giveaway, Tampere, 2012
We decided to add some color to the otherwise grey fall and gave away colorful umbrellas to the visitors of Metso, the Central Public Library of Tampere. Whenever it was raining, people could get a free umbrella to both work as a shield against the cold rain and as a refreshing splash of color in the cityscape. We got heaps of positive feedback, the project was also praised on the “from the readers” page of the regional newspaper Aamulehti.
